2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you would like a different item:

  • Cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one; or

  • Request a return after delivery, and then reorder your preferred item.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Returns (30-Day Window)

Items Not Eligible for Return:

All returned products must be in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

5. Shipping Costs & Fees
  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., size, style, or color), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to Ciczan’s error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will:

    • Provide a prepaid return label, or

    • Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the item is received and verified.

  • No cancellation, restocking, or return processing fees are charged for approved returns.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, the original shipping cost will also be refunded.

Please note: We cannot refund items that are returned without authorization or fail to meet the return requirements stated above.


7. Unauthorized or Unverified Returns
  • Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused or not eligible for refund.
