We currently do not offer direct exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you would like a different item:

Cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one; or
Request a return after delivery, and then reorder your preferred item.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
